Book a Call With Me
This is direct time with me, one to one. Most of my work runs through something I call the Interference Report... a personalized read on what's actually getting in the way of your health, and the order to deal with it. This call is for the man who'd rather talk it through with me first, or who wants to work together more closely than the report alone.
It runs 30 minutes, and in that half hour I'll give you a straight read on what I think is actually getting in your way, and the first thing I'd change. There's a $300 deposit to book, and if you go on to take the Interference Report, that comes straight off the price. I stopped running free calls a while back. The deposit isn't there to put you off. It's there so the time goes on you instead of a pitch, and so we both show up serious.

Questions before you book
What happens on the call?
Thirty minutes on where you are, what you've already tried, and what's actually getting in the way. It's a working conversation, not a pitch. If I think calibration is right for you, I'll tell you where I'd start. If I don't think I'm the right person for what you need, I'll tell you that too.
How does the deposit work?
The call runs on a $300 deposit, taken when you book. If you go on to take the Interference Report, the full $300 comes off the price. It covers the call itself and keeps the conversation serious on both sides.
What do the two options cost?
The async Interference Report is $950: the full report, delivered on your schedule, no call. The Interference Report with a 60-minute call is $1,950, and that one includes the AI Calibration Masterclass, a $1,000 value on its own. Both start from the same report. The difference is whether you want me on the call with you and want the AI piece.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No. Come as you are. If you've got recent bloodwork handy it's useful, but it isn't required for the call.
I've tried coaching before and it didn't work.
Most coaching fails because it piles on. More supplements, more routines, another thing on the tracker. I work the other way. We take away what's interfering first, then build on what's already working for your body and your schedule. Most of the guys I've coached had tried the adding for years. It's the subtracting that was new.
I'm already on TRT. Can you still help?
Yes. I'm not here to judge what you're already doing, and plenty of the guys I've coached come in on TRT. The work is to calibrate everything else, your food, sleep, training, and nervous system, so the rest of your body is doing its job regardless. If you ever want to look at reducing your reliance on it, that's a conversation to keep your doctor in, and I'll support the rest of the picture.
What about AI? I've been using ChatGPT.
Good. Most of the guys who come to me already are. The AI Calibration Masterclass that comes with the $1,950 report is built exactly for that: how to use AI on your own health without it quietly steering you wrong, what to trust, what to ignore, and how to feed it your own information so you get something useful instead of the average. I use AI constantly. The point is using it with the context to know when it's wrong.
