At 20, I beat cancer. Then I spent six years rebuilding everything it left behind.
At 20 years old, when most men are just getting going, I was handed a cancer diagnosis. I beat it. But beating cancer turned out to be the easy part.
What came next was years of one chronic problem after another. IBS. Insomnia. Anxiety. Hypothyroidism. Constipation no one could explain. The kind of conditions that don't kill you, but quietly take your life apart a day at a time.
I did everything you're meant to do. I went to the doctors. I followed the advice. And every visit ended the same way: something to manage the symptom, and no real answer for why my body kept breaking down. The system was good at naming what was wrong and bad at solving it. For me, it simply didn't have the answer.
I'd come up playing sport at a high level, so I was no stranger to how the body works. But nothing had prepared me for this. So I became my own experiment. For six years I went at it relentlessly, working out what my body actually needed and what had been quietly working against it. I went back to fundamentals, food, sleep, movement, stress, and started taking away what was interfering instead of stacking more on top. No supplement stack. No protocol off a podcast. Just me, my body, and six years of trial and error.
Slowly, one by one, they settled. The gut. The sleep. The anxiety. The thyroid. And when my body finally stopped fighting itself, something I never went looking for happened. My testosterone climbed to 851, double what most men my age carry, and that's after cancer. I hadn't chased the number. It's what my body did on its own once I stopped interfering with it.
The approach I'd built out of pure necessity turned out to be a method. That method became The Calibrated CEO. I've since walked 120+ founders, CEOs, and business owners through the same shift, men who were doing everything right and still getting worse. I lived it first. Then I proved it works on men who aren't me.
This isn't only my story. One client, at 60, more than doubled his testosterone past 700, with the lab work to prove it.

You're probably not where I was. You haven't beaten cancer or spent six years in the wilderness, and I hope you never have to. But here's the part that's almost unfair to you. Most of what tends to catch up with a man in his late forties and fifties, the gut that stops cooperating, the sleep that breaks, the thyroid drifting, the energy that just isn't there anymore, I've already been through. Not read about. Been through, and found the way out the other side.
So you'll probably recognize the shape of where you are. You're doing more than most men ever will, more discipline, more supplements, more tracking, and your body is going the wrong way anyway. That's the exact trap I had to climb out of. The difference is, you don't have to spend years working it out alone the way I did. I already paid for that. Now I do it for men like you, doing everything right and still getting worse, and the job is the same every time: to tell you what to take away, not what to add.
Why I don't sell you supplements
The health optimization industry has a dirty secret: it makes money when you stay dependent.
Every supplement stack, every monthly subscription box, every "essential" protocol... they're designed to be indispensable. Your body becomes a machine that can't function without external inputs. That's not health. That's dependency wearing a lab coat.
I'm against TRT as a first resort, not a last one. I'm against supplement stacking that treats symptoms while ignoring root causes. I'm against biohacking theater where men collect gadgets and data points while their actual health deteriorates. I'm against protocol worship where someone else's morning routine becomes your religion.
I'm for food as medicine. For natural hormonal restoration that gives you sovereignty over your own biology. For sustainable systems that survive board meetings, red-eye flights, and the actual stress of running a company. For knowing your body well enough that you don't need an app to tell you how you feel.
I'm not anti-AI. I just use it differently than you do.
Roughly half the guys I work with are already using ChatGPT to troubleshoot their health before they ever talk to me. They feed it their bloodwork, their supplement list, everything they're dealing with, and ask it what to do. I understand why. It's fast and it sounds sure of itself.
A lot of them share those chats with me, and that's usually where it gets interesting. Almost every time, I can show them the logical pitfalls in what the model told them... the context it never had, the way it averages everyone together, the extra protocol it tacked on because adding is the only move it knows.
What I find is that AI for health is basically Google with a sexier UI. It doesn't know your nervous system, your history, or the order your body needs things in. It matches you against millions of other people and hands you the average, with total confidence and no idea whether it's right for you.
And more is the problem. You've already done more than most men ever will. The last thing you need is a tool that confidently hands you more. What you've been missing isn't more input, it's someone to tell you what to take away.
So no, I'm not against the tool. I run it constantly. The difference is I've got the context to catch it when it's wrong, which is the part that actually matters. You can keep using AI. I'd just rather be the one reading it with you.
